1. What are Digi-Cards?

- They are the world's newest secure media distribution system via premium customized printed and pre-programmed cards. With Digi-Cards you can transfer any type of digital files to your end user. 2. Do I need a Magtek Reader to access the content in my Digi-Card?

- No. You can download all the content from your Digi-Card by following the detailed instructions on the back of your card. However, if you wish to use a MAGTEK reader, all you have to do is download and install the driver, plug in the reader to your USB port and swipe.

3. Do I need an Internet connection?

- Yes. The content attached to your Digi-Card is hosted on an online server, therefore you need an internet connection to download the content.

4. Are Digi-Cards files safe?

- Yes. All files are tested and checked for viruses prior to them being uploaded to the server for download by the end user.

5. Is this legal?

- Yes. All files in your Digi-Card have been authorized for distribution by the owner of the intellectual property, and we hold records of such written authorization of all media being distributed with each Digi-Card.

6. Does this replace CDs/DVDs?

- Digi-Cards are the next evolution for media transferring, and provide a cost effective alternative to such solutions. Although we do not expect CDs / DVDs to disappear anytime soon, this media transferring system is less expensive, environmentally friendly and is fully customizable. Digi-Cards also take less space thus reducing your distribution and packaging costs.

7. How can I purchase a MAGTEK reader?

8. I have seen many cards out there, are they Digi-Cards?

- Although you might have come across with some Digi-Cards, not all cards available at retail are Digi-Cards. Retailers carry gift certificate cards, and other monetary value cards for media downloading such as I tunes cards, pre paid cellphone cards, etc... Digi-Cards is the only system worldwide authorized to have the "swipe the card" technology exclusively to download media via a secure printed and pre-programmed card. Whether its videos, photos, music or any other type of digital media, Digi-Cards is definitely the flexible choice for your media transferring needs.

9. How do I know the card is legit?

- If it has a Digi-Card logo, and an unused Scratch surface at the back of the card, then it is a Digi-Card. The technology behind Digi-Cards do not allow the cards to be copied due to our numerical digital fingerprinting. If it is not a Digi-Card, it will not download the content attached to that specific Digi-Card.

10. Can I use this card more than once?

- Yes, depending on the Digi-Card. In the case of Digi-Cards which hold intellectual property such as music, movies, videos, etc..., content can only be downloaded once in order to avoid piracy and illegal downloads. However, for other types of Digi-Cards such as Digi-Card photo and Digi-Card promo, amongst others; content may be downloaded more than once at card owner's discretion.

11. Why can I only download certain media once?

Intellectual property can only be downloaded once in order to avoid piracy and illegal downloads. Make sure you do not give your card or card and code numbers to anyone else; if you do they might download the media you purchased or received on your Digi-Card.

12. Why do I have to submit personal information when downloading content from my Digi-Card?

If you are not using the MAGTEK reader and are downloading the content by scratching the back code and entering it manually in the Digi-Card portal, we need to have your name and email address in case of technical difficulties during your download. If you click on the "would like to receive information about this title" box, your information will be forwarded to your Digi-Card's media provider so that they can keep in touch with you about their future offerings.

13. I didnt finish downloading the files, and now I can't access my Digi-Card content...what do I do?

- Our system is designed to verify the full file delivery to your computer. If our system does not receive confirmation of the full download, it will allow you to re-enter the download gateway and start again. If you experience difficulty downloading the file, contact us via e-mail with your first name and last name, Digi-Card number and scratch code and we will respond to you with a solution to your problem immediately.

14. I am an artist, can I distribute my product with Digi-Cards?

15. I cant find my Digi-Card, can I still download the media?

- No. Unfortunately without the access code provided on your Digi-Card, or without the Digi-Card itself, there is no way to download the media.

16. I have ran out of Digi-Cards and need more, can I re-order more?

Yes. Please contact your local Digi-Card dealer and we will gladly place a re-order of your previous Digi-Cards. We keep all your artwork on file so it is easy as 1-2-3 for you to place a re-order.

17. Can I use my own images as artwork for my Digi-Cards?

- Yes. We can use any image you approve on the front of the Digi-Card.

18. My Digi-Card got washed in my jeans, can I still use it?

- Yes. As long as you can read the scratch code in the back of the card, you can still manually download all content from your Digi-Card.

19. Does my Digi-Card content expire?

- The content on your Digi-Card will not expire. Some Digi-Cards may have specific terms and condition applied by the media provider (our client).
